Thank you for choosing ChitBook Premium. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our software. If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Premium features within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • The refund request must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • This policy applies to the first purchase only. Renewals are not eligible for the 7-day refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time if you decide to cancel after the 7-day period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your email:

  • The phone number associated with your ChitBook account
  • Your Razorpay transaction ID or receipt number
  • A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve the app!)

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a payment, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We are always willing to resolve issues fairly.
