What counts as a "running" chit?
A chit that has started and not yet completed. Drafts you have not started, completed chits and cancelled chits never count against your plan, and stay readable and exportable forever.
Should I pay as I go or take a plan?
Pay as you go costs ₹100 a month for each chit beyond your plan. Two running chits cost ₹100 a month. From three chits, Pro works out cheaper and covers up to five.
What happens when I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. The extra chit is billed at ₹100 a month while it runs, or you can move up a plan.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted and the chits you already run keep working. You only need a plan again to start new chits beyond the free one.
Do you charge per member?
Never. A 50-member chit costs the same as a 5-member one.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise starts at ₹2,999 a month, billed yearly. You get one fixed yearly quote based on your chits, branches and staff, with migration and training included. There is no per-member fee.
Can I pay by UPI or bank transfer?
Cards, UPI and net banking work online. For Power, Business and Enterprise we can also activate your account against a direct UPI or bank payment.
